So this is like, legit because these fitness tips are literally mine. They work because I'm a stick so...(: haha

Ohhkaay, so there are many things you need to do in order to stay fit.
FiRST : DO NOT eat until you are "stuffed" you always want to eat until you are content. Now, you don't wanna starve yourself either, so eat moderately, HAVE SOME WiLLPOWER ! (;
SECOND: When you are first trying to get fit, limit yourself to 1 dessert a day. I'm 15 and I love sweets, so this is my rule. Then you can gradually add another SMALL one to your diet. Also, at lunch choose salads and healthy food. It's alright to have fat-food occasionally. Like if I have a burger for lunch I usually have a salad for dinner.
THiRD: Participate in physical activity ! (: If you aren't very athletic or you cannot participate in sports, try running on the weekends, or my fitness routine.
(DiSCLAiMER: This may be a bit intensive for some people, do NOT try if you have a heart condition that cannot take much energy. Do NOT try if you know you are physically unable to. I'm serious people.)
Ok this is my fitness routine:
-7O + sit ups a day . (I used to do 25O...don't do that. 'kayy? haha)
you want to start out with what you are comfortable with, like the first day try 1O....then add 1O more until you can do 8O a day.
-PUSHUPS ! (: I know you guys love these ! I honestly really like them. They may hurt and may be painful, but it strengthens your abs. I do 25 at once, but you want to do it gradually as I stated before. Start out with five, then go to ten. 25 is pretty hard to do if you do them right, like if you go slow how you're supposed to.
-Bicycle Crunches: Do a rep of 25! They aren't bad, they strengthen your abs .
-Planks: Stand in push up position for as long as you can take.
FOURTH: DO YOGA ! ! ! !
I love yoga so much, it's not hard and it can replace that boring and laborious fitness routine, which, I don't always follow! Yoga in my opinion can be done by everyone ! That's why I like it !
